Our customised massage experience with me begins with a consultation to assess your needs, both emotionally and physically, to determine the best modality of massage therapy to achieve optimal wellness.
During your session, I will utilise various techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. The end goal from your experience is to ensure you gain the best results from your time.
Massage therapy is available in 60 or 90-minute sessions.
Traditional Cuddle Therapy is more than just a hug. I offer a comforting experience where I will first get to understand you, your needs and comfort levels and design our session around you.
If you feel you just need someone to be with you and listen to you, and create a physical connection, this form of healing could be just what you need. This will be a place you can receive nurturing touch, no judgement, and a chance to feel platonic affection that will help you truly relax.
Therapy doesn’t need to be confined to a room – taking it out into the world is enormously beneficial. Engaging in activities, attending events or simply going for a stroll in the park are often more rewarding when shared with others. As a natural extension to Cuddle Therapy, if we feel a connection that could continue beyond our cuddle session, I will spend time with you during your daily life. Much like Cuddle Therapy, I will be a comfort and a caring ear for you, where we can enjoy each other’s company in a more stimulating environment. This form of healing is a very powerful step in building a feeling of confidence out in the world, whatever stage of life you are at.
